I just read a book written by Darci Klein called "To Full Term". This book is about one mother's journey through numerous miscarriages, the premature birth of her daughter and finally the full term birth of her son.
This book doesn't just give the medical side of miscarriage, but it goes through all the emotions and ups and downs of being pregnant when nature doesn't "take it's course" the way it's supposed to. As I read it, a number of my own miscarriage memories came back to me...especially the part about watching the ultrasound technician's face waiting for the bomb to drop. This book shows you that you are not alone...not everyone has an uneventful road to parenthood.
Darci also gives some advice on how to deal with the whole medical system. Are there certain tests you should be asking for? Perhaps your miscarriage isn't just "nature's way" perhaps it's preventable.
